This is a little close to home for me, what I’ve learnt these last few years is that it actually is ok not to be ok, - us men do get upset too, what we don’t do is reach out….
 
There’s far too many men out there INCLUDING my self that don’t reach out!
I found my self lost, I didn’t know who I was I felt the like the world was against me… nothing or anyone could push me through this only my self… I finally found the courage to reach out and speak up I did and it was the best thing I ever did,
Fast forward a couple of years and I’m now a worldwide regulated educator, that changes peoples life’s! What us men need to realise is that IT IS OK TO NOT BE OK..

As Caroline flack said… in a world where you can be anything BE KIND! - it cost absolutely nothing to put a smile on the next persons face… a problem shared is a problem half solved…
